Ultralight Flight in Pokhara - Overview
An ultralight is a two-seater microlight aircraft with an open cockpit: just you, the pilot and the wind. Taking off from Pokhara airport, you fly over Phewa Lake, the World Peace Pagoda and Sarangkot, and on longer flights head up the valley toward the south face of Machhapuchhre and the Annapurna range.
Flight options
- 15 minutes – Phewa Lake, Peace Pagoda and Pokhara city.
- 30 minutes – adds Sarangkot and a closer mountain view.
- 60 minutes – flies toward Machhapuchhre and Annapurna.
- 90 minutes – the closest approach to the Annapurna massif.
Itinerary
Transfer from your hotel to Pokhara airport, check-in and safety briefing. Flight of your chosen length with the pilot pointing out lakes, villages and peaks. Return transfer to your hotel. Morning slots offer the clearest mountain views.
