Rafting In Nepal
River Rafting in Nepal
Snow-fed rivers pour out of the Himalaya through deep gorges and jungle, making Nepal one of the world’s great rafting destinations. Trips range from warm, gentle floats ideal for families to multi-day big-water expeditions with class IV–V rapids and nights on white-sand beaches.
- Seti River Rafting – 2 days: class II–III, great for beginners and families.
- Sun Koshi River Rafting – 8 days: 270 km across eastern Nepal.
- Karnali River Rafting – 10 days: Nepal’s longest and wildest river.
The rafting seasons are October–December and March–May. All trips include licensed river guides, safety equipment, meals and riverside camping.
