Seti River Rafting 2 Days - Overview
The Seti Gandaki is one of Nepal’s friendliest rivers: warm, clear water, class II–III rapids and a remote, jungle-lined canyon with white sandy beaches. It is perfect for families, beginners and anyone travelling between Pokhara and Chitwan.

Itinerary
Drive from Pokhara (2 hours) or Kathmandu (5 hours) to the put-in near Damauli. After a safety briefing and lunch, raft for about 3 hours through gentle rapids to a beach campsite.

Another 3–4 hours on the river to the confluence with the Trishuli at Gaighat. After lunch, transfer to Chitwan (1.5 hours) or back to Kathmandu or Pokhara.

FAQ's
Swimming is recommended but not required. Everyone wears a life jacket and helmet and receives a full safety briefing.
Swimwear, quick-dry clothes, sandals with straps, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, a warm layer for evenings and a sleeping bag.
October–December and March–May. Rivers run high and are closed for multi-day trips during monsoon (June–September).
