Welcome to Nepal. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu. After check-in, enjoy some free time to relax or explore the vibrant streets of Thamel. In the evening, attend a trek briefing where your guide will review the itinerary and check your trekking equipment.

After breakfast, travel to Pokhara either by a scenic drive along the Prithvi Highway or a short domestic flight. The journey offers beautiful views of rivers, hills, terraced farmlands, and rural villages. Upon arrival, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Lakeside Pokhara and stunning views of the Annapurna range.

The Annapurna Base Camp Trek is considered a moderate trek suitable for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. Daily walking ranges from 4 to 7 hours on well-established mountain trails. No technical climbing skills are required, making it an excellent choice for both first-time and experienced trekkers.
 

The highest point of the trek is Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) at 4,130 meters (13,550 feet). The itinerary is designed with gradual altitude gain to help trekkers acclimatize properly and minimize the risk of altitude-related issues.

The best seasons are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). During these months, trekkers enjoy clear mountain views, stable weather conditions, and comfortable trekking temperatures. Winter treks are also possible, while the monsoon season brings frequent rain and limited visibility.

Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and should cover emergency medical treatment, high-altitude trekking up to 4,130 meters, and helicopter evacuation in case of illness, injury, or unforeseen emergencies in the mountains.

 

Trekkers need the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP ). This  permits are  arranged by the trekking company before the trek begins.
 

Essential items include trekking boots, warm layers, a down jacket, sleeping bag, rain gear, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, personal medications, and a daypack. A detailed packing list will be provided before your departure to ensure you are fully prepared for the trek.

 

yes, there is a must of guesthouses/ Teahouse  on this trek, which provide Wi-fi facilities at a small cost. However, don’t forget the cellular network in the mountain is poor, and it doesn’t work very properly 
 

During the Annapurna Base camp trek, the drinking water sources along the trail are generally not considered safe for drinking without treatment. Mountain eco treks provide water purification tablet which is safe for a drink. we highly recommended to you that it is better to carry a thermos with boiled and filtered water.
 


There is no age limit for the Annapurna base camp trek, but all trekkers must be physically fit and able to handle the trail conditions. This is a challenging trek, with long day hikes at high altitudes, so individuals should have a good level of fitness and be prepared for strenuous activity. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. People with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a doctor before starting the trek.
